We currently deliver across South Africa. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

We partner with reliable couriers, including Bobgo, The Courier Guy, and other logistics providers.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery address
- Order weight/size
- Free shipping may apply to qualifying promotions (marked on product pages or banners).
- Remote/rural area deliveries may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before dispatch.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Check your tracking number for updates.
- Verify your delivery address in the confirmation email.

Cart2door is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by third-party couriers.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
- Unclaimed parcels or failed delivery attempts.
7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Lost Parcels: If a courier confirms that your parcel is lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund after the claim is processed.
8. Change of Shipping Address
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us immediately.
- Changes can be made only before dispatch.
- Once dispatched, address modifications may not be possible.
